Epoxy colored sand flooring is a two-component, high-solids self-leveling epoxy flooring system that combines decorative colored sand with epoxy resin to create a seamless, stone-like floor surface. JUKE Epoxy Colored Sand Flooring is designed for both new flooring and renovation over suitable, properly prepared substrates.
For suitable existing tile, terrazzo, concrete, and other stable dense surfaces, the system can create a continuous seamless finish while reducing the need for full floor demolition. It is suitable for residential, commercial, garage, workshop, and other flooring applications.

A straightforward four-step workflow for properly prepared substrates.
Recommended thickness: 1.0–2.0 mm ±0.2 mm
01 Prepare the SurfaceRemove dust, grease, loose particles, and unstable coatings. Repair cracks and damaged areas before application. | 02 Mix the ComponentsOpen the factory-pre-portioned set and mix the supplied Part A and Part B thoroughly until uniform. |
03 Spread & SmoothPour the mixed material onto the floor. Use a 3 mm notched trowel to spread and smooth it evenly. | 04 Self-Level & CureAllow the material to self-level naturally and form a continuous seamless surface. |
